EMI Takes Lead, Jumps Into Online Music Sales

from the slowly,-but-surely dept

It’s certainly taking them long enough, but it appears that some very small percentage of folks in the music industry are starting to realize that their position against online music was killing them faster than if they had just embraced the technology in the first place. EMI is the label that is increasingly opening up what they offer to the various music services. While it’s still not quite there yet, you can see the labels inching along.
