3G 1xEV-DO Launched in Brazil
With all the recent hype in the US about potential Ev-DO offerings, here comes some news of Ev-DO trials being launched in Brazil. The article here doesn’t have much in the way of details, but it will be interesting to see how quickly adoption rates are – and what people are using it for. I’m curious to see how much of the various EvDo systems are used by people on mobile phones, and how much by those using laptops or desktop machines. At the same time, there’s still no word on how well Monet is doing in the US with their Ev-DO offering.
