Recording Industry Trying To Take Money Back From The Red Cross
from the how-nice-of-them... dept
The recording industry really is doing their best to make themselves appear pretty darn evil lately. When they’re not suing 12-year-old kids for downloading nursery rhymes, they’re apparently trying to freeze money donated to the International Red Cross, because it was donated by Kazaa operator Sharman Networks. You would think that, somewhere along the lines, the industry would have a PR/marketing person who would point out what a disaster this is shaping up to be.

they ought to try this elsewhere
I’m sure Sharman’s has also spent money at the local utility companies, Wal-mart, McDonalds, etc.
I’m sure that by the time the RIAA just explains that they’re trying to sue the company for, not only everything they’ve got, but also every dollar they’ve ever spent, they’ll make lots more.
