Pay to Complain

Apparently, there’s a new company that for the low-low sum of $20 will complain for you. I’m not sure I get it. Basically, you pay them 20 bucks, and they write a complaint letter, which they then send to you, for you to send to the CEO of the company you are complaining about. My goodness, we’re now outsourcing complaining?!? What scares me is that I doubt it’s very long before these guys get multiple millions of dollars from some VC.
