Americans Yak It Up On Mobile Phones

Sure, those in Europe and Asia may be more likely to use text messaging and other features of their mobile phones, but you certainly can’t shut up us Americans. We spent an average of 619 minutes per month chatting away on our mobiles (thank goodness for huge bucket o’ minute plans). Coming in with a weak second place was Canada at 344 minutes. The average across all markets studied came in at 235 minutes.
