Internet Porn Block Unconstitutional

Well, this ties in somewhat to the last article we posted. A judge in Virginia has ruled that a law making it a crime to offer web porn to minors is unconstitutional by violating freedom of speech. So, now if it turns out there’s any truth to the White House porn scandal they can just claim they were practicing their first amendment rights.
