I think the “must approve so we can see what’s in it” is evidence that congress simply rubber stamps that which is written by PACs, special interests, etc.

Employers are so far behind the curve it’s amazing they hire anyone. Risk Assessment, as applied to hiring, has essentially crippled business. Luckily, one can still get a CEO position, fail, then walk away with millions! FUBAR…I think so.
