Startups/Developers: Last Call To Apply For Midemlab!
from the don't-miss-it dept
We’re happy to announce that we’re a midemlab partner this year, which is Midem’s expanded startup/developer showcase. As you hopefully know, Midem is the big music industry trade show that’s been going on for decades, but which has definitely been a huge driving force in pushing the industry to innovate and adapt. For a few years now, they’ve had a contest for startups, where some of the biggest names in music tech platforms have demoed and launched over the years. This year, recognizing that it’s not just about “music” startups, they’re expanding the contest to include all kinds of marketing, social engagement, direct-to-consumer and other type of apps and services as well. However, for those who want to enter the contest, you only have until this Friday, November 11th. Having attended the wider Midem a few times (and looking forward to going back this time), I can say that it really is quite an event. The startup/developer contest really has become a big highlight as well, and a great way to get your project in front of a wide audience of folks across music, tech and marketing.
