As if the Digital Entertainment Network didn’t have enough problems with their sexual harassments lawsuits and their bankruptcy procedings, now they have to deal with being under investigation for fraud. Apparently the company sold company assets to insiders as the company started to fail. Talk about a case study in doing everything wrong.
