E-cards fail to come through
from the Get-a-clue dept
Egreetings.com, Hallmark.com and others all had delivery and display problems of Valentine’s Day greetings on Monday. The CEO of eGreetings.com said the type of demand could not have been anticipated. You know what? That’s a fireable comment in my book. If they can’t hold up on key holidays, what’s the point?

Dan, aren’t you the same person who said people should just suck it up and stop complaining about delivery problems over Christmas? But, now a site can’t handle traffic and the CEO should be fired?
Re: Wait a sec...
Yep, and I stand by my comments. The CEO of Toysrus.com didn’t say something idiotic like they couldn’t have anticipated the orders. He said they screwed up. The CEO of eGreetings.com’s comments were ignorant.
