eLance Founder Indicted For Fraud

I’m sure many people think that dot com founders and CEOs committed a ton of fraud over the past five years, but have any of them been indicted for it? The founder of eLance was indicted on Thursday for accepting kickbacks while he was working at New York Life. The company won’t comment on the matter, and apparently he’s currently in jail awaiting a hearing this week. I wonder if the “seed” money for eLance came from these kickbacks…
