Seriously?
Who would pay that much for a battery you can only use once? For about the same price, you can buy one of the myriad reusable USB battery packs on sale in any discount store. They usually come fully charged-up, too, but they can be ready to save you again and again.
And that’s not even getting into what Amazon has to offer. The same $17 could get you a pocket-sized Anker Astro with nearly five times the charge capacity of one of those three disposables, that you can fill up and reuse again and again.
Really, isn’t there enough garbage in our landfills already without adding single-use disposable USB battery packs to them?
Doesn’t really seem worth it to buy three one time use batteries at $17.
Their use seems to be best as an emergency backup but then you need to store them long term and when you do need them the battery might already be dead.
Re: Re:
The advantages of primary (non-rechargeable) lithium batteries include being much lighter (per joule) than rechargeable lithius and that they have a long storage life (typically 10-20 years, although I don’t know the specs of these particular batteries).
Generally, batteries of this type are very well suited for uses such as tossing them in an emergency kit and forgetting about them until needed.
