Fix The Pricing For The Wireless Web
We’ve complained many times before that bad pricing policies by the wireless carriers are hindering adoption rates on wireless data services. However, there are now signs that the carriers are beginning to experiment with fixed price, all-you-can eat plans. If these start to catch on, it won’t take long for other carriers to follow, and the price to drop… and, in turn, for mobile data adoption rates to rise.
