Looks just like the one my dad got. The camera on his has a really narrow field of view, which makes it less than useful for a dash cam. I’ve been looking for a wide-angle lens I can stick on it, or something to get a better view of the road. Any ideas?
Re: Re:
First suggestion is to not buy this. It is horrible.
Take a look at dashcamtalk.com. You can find information on just about every dash cam made then make a choice on the features you want.
I have yet to find the model I am looking for. There was one very close, but found out it was very unstable over time. I let the real diehards do the testing and reviews.

Better price elsewhere
A simple google search will save you ~$5 compared to the ‘deal’ offered.
a real night vision camera should use light amplification not those silly infrared LEDs.
Without obstacles those IR LEDs will only work acceptably for a very short distance in front of the camera.
However, vehicles these days have a windshield that is coated for infrared and UV protection. That means the glass panel will block most of the infrared light from those LEDs and the camera night vision mode will be (almost) useless in such vehicles.
