This is just lovely

So: upload your private data, including all the associated metadata. Make sure that it’s all linked to your online presence. Hand it over to an organization that will use “AI” — their bullshit marketing term — to analyze it. Assuming that this isn’t just a flat-out lie, you’ve just created a wonderful resource for anyone looking to exploit you, stalk you, phish you, etc., because there is no way that people stupid enough to name a service “Zoolz” and insane enough to put it in the cloud have even a fraction of the expertise required to keep it secure.

Meh.

I purchased the 1 TB service last year for $49 lifetime, that gave me 500GB “Cold” storage and 500GB “On” storage. First off, there is no FTP service, the only way to get to your files is though their app (Windows, android, apple). Which uses 390 MB of Ram under Windows, (I have yet to test the android) If you hibernate your windows session you will have to manually restart the upload service. I currently use it to upload encrypted 7zip files full of backed up family photos and the like, since I do not trust any cloud service. But as you know, even the best encryption by today’s standards will be nothing in 5/10/15 years. This is just another backup, in my Backup, Backup, Backup setup.
