He Cheated At Bingo, Killed Self

from the wasted-criminal-talent dept

Apparently, one of the programmers of an electronic bingo game used in casinos throughout Nevada placed a little easter egg in the system so that when he played, he could play more cards than he paid for. Last week, though, he found out that he was the target of an investigation and killed himself. Investigators aren’t sure exactly how the easter egg worked, but they stopped a lot of the casinos from using the machines for a while.
